prospero.systems redesign

Five directions. Side by side.

Each version is a self-contained rebuild of prospero.systems applying a different intensity of intervention. Pick a version to walk through it; switch between them to compare.

V1 · Small intervention Ready to review

Iteration & fixes

All 83 pages built: homepage, Why DetectX, 4 industries, 15 solutions, 11 platform capabilities, DetectX® overview, 6 case studies, 7 utility pages, 4 legal placeholders, 30 blog/insights pages. UX audit P1 issues resolved, brand identity preserved — Prospero red #E42C2F, black primary, Inter type.

V2 · Medium intervention Abandoned

Selective redesign

Swiss editorial direction — same IA as V1, fresh visual system. Abandoned after review: the look skewed cold and templated, and the IA gains were already covered by V1. Kept on the workbench as a deliberate counter-example — how the redesign could have gone wrong.

V3 · Large intervention Ready to review

User-story refactor

Full V3 site built — persona router homepage + 3 persona pages + 32 standalone V3-design pages covering every solution, platform capability, analytics engine, resource and company page. Light chassis #fafaf9, Messina Sans, mega-menu nav with V3 visual language, scroll progress bar.

V4 · Michael's version Ready to review

Michael's version

Dark, product-led homepage. Hero with a CSS-drawn DetectX® UI mockup, off-white #F0EEEA chassis, Messina Sans (real font, 12 weights), Lucide iconography. Homepage built; inner pages still to come.

V5 · Value-based selling Ready to review

Problem-first IA on V1 chassis

Names the customer’s pain before naming any feature. Five problem pages (alert fatigue, financial-crime exposure, customer & identity risk, third-party risk, forecasting blind spots), each split into per-industry sections (Banking / Insurance / Capital Markets / Beyond FSI). Visual chassis is V1 verbatim — tokens, components, mega-menu, pill buttons, brand red #E42C2F.

How this works

Each version is a fully-isolated rebuild under versions/. Pick one to review; compare by opening two in separate tabs.
