V2 · Medium intervention
Abandoned
Selective redesign
Swiss editorial direction — same IA as V1, fresh visual system. Abandoned
after review: the look skewed cold and templated, and the IA gains were already
covered by V1. Kept on the workbench as a deliberate counter-example
— how the redesign could have gone wrong.
V3 · Large intervention
Ready to review
User-story refactor
Full V3 site built — persona router homepage + 3 persona pages + 32
standalone V3-design pages covering every solution, platform capability, analytics
engine, resource and company page. Light chassis
#fafaf9,
Messina Sans, mega-menu nav with V3 visual language, scroll progress bar.

V5 · Value-based selling

Problem-first IA on V1 chassis
Names the customer’s pain before naming any feature. Five problem pages
(alert fatigue, financial-crime exposure, customer & identity risk,
third-party risk, forecasting blind spots), each split into per-industry
sections (Banking / Insurance / Capital Markets / Beyond FSI). Visual chassis
is V1 verbatim — tokens, components, mega-menu, pill buttons, brand red
